Dr, Lindsay Cirincione - Founder, Elsie Consulting
The best care happens when we listen fully, think collaboratively, and act with compassion.
Dr. Lindsay Cirincione is a nationally recognized psychologist and educator with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and professionals navigating complex and chronic medical conditions. Her work is grounded in the lived realities of those affected by POTS, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, migraine, chronic pain, dysautonomia, and other often invisible illnesses.
Having worked across academic medical centers, inpatient units, outpatient clinics, and private practice settings, Dr. Cirincione brings deep insight into the clinical, emotional, and practical dimensions of chronic illness care. She founded Elsie Consulting to equip providers, organizations, and families with the education, tools, and perspective needed to meet the challenges of long-term medical conditions head-on.

Training professionals to recognize and respond to the emotional toll of chronic illness
Helping parents and individuals rebuild life after diagnosis
Lindsay is known for her ability to distill complex topics into actionable strategies, her warm and engaging teaching style, and her unwavering commitment to improving care for those often misunderstood or dismissed in medical spaces.
