Support for people living with chronic illness - and the professionals who care for them

Welcome to

Elsie Consulting

At Elsie Consulting, we help people navigate the emotional, physical, and practical challenges of chronic illness—with clarity, compassion, and evidence-based guidance.

Founded by health psychologist Dr. Lindsay Cirincione, our work bridges the gap between clinical expertise and real-world experience. We offer personalized support for individuals and families living with chronic illness, and consultation for professionals who want to deliver better care.

Whether you’re facing a new diagnosis, managing daily symptoms, or supporting others through complex care—you're not alone. We’re here to help.
